    Put some soda water on the stain before you wash it.

    Let it soak in club soda. Then launder as usual.

    It is just great. It also removes blood and crayon. It never hurts anything either. I just love it and have used it for two decades. :)

    "Tide" makes a "stain remover" pen that really works.

    One of may cats jumped onto a table and knocked a glass of red wine on to the stair wall. After several rubs with the Tide pen, the stain was completely gone.

    nornally general stain remover stuff like shout or tide does the trick for me. but a product that they sell here in napa valley called wine away is awesome!
