You can also put kitty litter on it. Just let it sit, then grind it in with your foot and let it sit. You may have to repeat a time or two.

You go to Lowes or other type of store like that ,they have special solvent to put on it.You may need a pressure washer to lift the stain off,The staff there should be able to help with this problem.

Try COCA-Cola and a wire brush it may take a few applicatons but it will disolve the stain. It works best the sooner you get to it.

Use kerosene and a large brush. A pressure washer may help with a heavy concentrate of degreaser. Also oil absorbent ground into the driveway with your shoe soles works.

GO and find your local Amway dealer. They have an excellent driveway cleaner.

Go out immediately with kitty litter or talcum powder, or pick up some soil from the garden and sprinkle it over the stain. Garden lime or gypsum also works, basically any fine powder, even sawdust. Leave for a while. This will absorb the oil that hasn't sunk far in yet. Then apply the detergent remedies suggested by others, maybe a pressure washer if you have one.

Don't use acids like muriatic or vinegar. Acids do not dissolve oil well and they will attack the concrete. Use an alkaline preparation – laundry powder made into a paste with some water will not attack the concrete and the combination of alkali and detergent will lift some of the stain.

You are unlikely to entirely remove it but it will become much less noticeable.
