I have an oak coffee table. I had a pink post-it note under my drink and the condensation left a bright pink mark on the table. Any ideas on how to remove it?

I would try hair spray first spray wet and let set then spray wet again and wipe off.
Then the oxi clean laundry stain remover, let it set for a while before wiping it.
Then I would try a layer of mayo letting it dry and stay overnight. This works for water stains from not using a coaster, it may just work for the ink stain.

You cant remove it.The only way to get rid of it,would be to have the table re-sanded and then re-sealed.

You can try hairspray, but I don’t know that it will work. Your next option is to sand the area, restain it if needed, and seal it.
    Good luck!

Try using the finest grade sand paper you can find.Sand ever so lightly. But a matching stain and stain the spot.Experiment with the stain on another piece of wood or the underside of the table to get the best possible match. Apply a light varnish to the new stain 24 hrs. later.
