If all else fails soak your jeans in a bowl of coke – 1 can should do.

Seriously!!! This removed "Sharpie" marker stains from a pink t-shirt for me.

    Try peroxide. Good luck.

Use a solution of 2 teaspoons of ammonia in a pint of cold water, and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide. Care should be taken with fabric. Suggest test on part of fabric that does not show, for instance the hem of fabric.

well if the stain is set it might be a little hard but put some peroxide over the stain and let it set, and keep on doing it and put some spray and wash on it and wash it, good luck

Treat it as you would a rust stain (which it pretty much is). There is a product called "Zud" which is available as either a liquid or a scouring powder (the active ingredient is oxalic acid). Some old-style hardware stores may still stock it. Follow the instructions on the container.
