    Just to be on the safe side, I would not stain it for a couple of weeks. Chances are good that the treatment was applied to the wood under pressure, and the wood will have retained moisture. After a couple of weeks, it should be dry enough to stain.

    You should be able to do that immediately. It doesn’t need to dry out because it’s treated to resist the elements. Just make sure it hasn’t rained on it for at least 24 hours prior to staining.
