Alcohol did not work, soap and water did not work, windex and cloth did not work. Alcohol made stain worse.

I’d go back where you bought the sneakers and ask them what you need to do.

Try white tooth paste the kind that whitens your teeth and a soft tooth brush …This has worked for me in the past/

Try a Mr Clean Magic Eraser. It has pulled scuffs off of all of my shoes.

I would also recommend Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I recently bought one and it cleans stains I have not been able to remove with anything else. I would check a small spot that is not too visible first to make sure it won’t ruin it. If that doesn’t work, you may want to try a white shoe polish. I used to use it on smooth leather shoes. It covers the stain and makes the rest of the shoe look better as well.

My son thought I was crazy and had to apologize when it worked. Shaving cream and a tooth brush works better than anything they sell for cleaning white leather shoes. The traditional works best, but the gel types work as well. And the shaving cream doesn’t dry out the leather.

throw it in the washer with some bleach! Or try bleach and water with a toothbrush in the affected area.
