If have dried or ironed this shirt you may heat set this stain for good. Soak the shirt in cold water and something like Sunlight dish washing liquid. After soaking awhile place the stained part of the shirt over a screen if you don’t have something. You can get a frying pan splatter screen at the Dollar store. Use the sprayer on your kitchen sink to spray through the back of the material pressing against the fabric directly. Move the sprayer around so the streams pass through all areas of the stain. You may also rub the front lightly with a soft tooth brush and detergent being careful not rough up the fabric. If this was not totally successful try a little hydrogen peroxide in an inconspicuous place and if it does not fade the color apply it to the stain. It should almost immediately remove blood and longer won’t be better so rinse quickly to lessen the chance of fading. Do the test first though as some black are real delicate. You might try Woolite for blacks but I have no experience with that product so I don’t know how well it works.

There area couple of things you can do. The best thing which can be done is to get the shirt dry cleaned. They can remove almost anything and that won’t damage the shirt.
There is another option but it may take more than wash, which is to use biological washing tablets or powder which will get rid of the stain on most things however… It may also fade the shirt.
Personally if the shirt isn’t that expensive you are better off spending the money you would have spend on dry cleaning on a new shirt and try using bio tablets on the old one.

if it is fresh, just put very cold water. if not put ice cold water.
if it is an old stain, let it soak under few ice cubes.
the blood cells, get separated under the contact of cold. then they turn into pieces and move out of the textil fiber. then wash normally with regular soap, machine or not. use also oxy clean if too much.
