Carbona makes many different ‘stain devil’ solutions for all kinds of laundry stains. Their fat, grease and oil solution has even removed an oily stain from a sweatshirt that had been through the dryer already!(on low heat). I find these little ‘stain devil ‘solutions in the sewing dept. at Joann Etc.

    YES!

try ERA liquid detergent. it works great on greasy stains!

spot treat with full strength ERA. let sit about 1 hour. wash as normal in the hottest water that is safe for your sweatshirt.

Do NOT dry until the stain is gone.

you may have to repeat the above steps.

Use a hot iron to heat the stain and put brown paper under the garment so that it can soak up the hot melted grease.

there is a cleaning agent called "D-Solve-It" you can get at Walmart , it is in a small bottle and it’s color is orange. It feels oily and you think this is going to make the stain worse, but it will remove it not make it worse. I have a six year old and I have found the tricks to get lawnmower or automotive grease out of a little ones clothes. Hope this helps.

try with some baking powder , make a small paste and leave it on the sweat shirt for 10 min´s then soak in tepid water baking powder help´s to loosen grease, don´t wash in warm water you will only make it harder to remove the stain

I use Dawn dishwashing soap to clean stains. Squirt on the stained area as soon as possible. Rub it in with your fingers and add to your regular laundry.
This was a sugesstion of someone I know that owns a dry cleaners.
