You can’t get it out. But you could tie it in a knot and tie dye it with more bleach.

black marker, other than that you are out of luck

Don’t think you can, Sorry. I have splattered bleach on my shirts on several occasions. Such a waste!! I have colored the spot with a magic marker and it sort of works. It is usually a different black color though. You can sometimes apply a patch or have a decal put on it if the bleached patch is in the right place on a shirt. But, generally you just have to delegate this ruined shirt to undershirt status.

Bleach takes the original color out. The dye might help cover it up, but again the bleach spot is now a different color than the original so even if you dye it, the whole shirt may not be all one color. You might put a decal or something like that on it depending where the spot is. Once in a while, I will cover up a small bleach spot with permanent magic marker.

In the dye section at the store there is a product that will remove color from fabrics. Soak the entire shirt in the color remover that will even out the bleached spots. Then dye the whole shirt.

Bleach is not a stain but a color remover or stain remover so there isn’t any way you can fix it except to paint a black latex paint over it. Don’t get carried away but add some water to the black latex paint in a little throw away cup and stir it up so it is easy to work with. Dab the shirt where the area is bleached. Let it dry. If it appears it needs more then put another coat of the same watered down solution. It will soak into the fabric much better if it is not so thick. I’ve fixed up many shirts of my own using and matching the same colors as the shirt. No one ever notices my fix it jobs.
