How to get out a Bleach Stain?

I accidentally got bleach on a pair of my Chino pants, the stain is kind of pinkish- what should I do? I don’t want to throw them away because they are relatively new!
Can I buy some RIT dye and just dye them another color? or will that make them look funky?

Well, you can color the mark with permanent marker, but it’s usually very hard to match the existing color.

Or you can dye the pants. Dying them black is probably your best bet, no matter what color the pants are now.

I don’t recommend using Rit Dye™, tho. Rit Dye isn’t very colorfast. I once dyed a pair of jeans with Rit and they turned my legs black every time I wore them, even after many washings. I finally just threw the jeans in the trash.

Dylon™ Dye is a much better choice. You can buy Dylon over the Internet:

    Good luck.

you can’t. bleach chemically alters the molecules of the fabric. so it’s not a stain.. the ‘stain’ actually changed the color on your pants and there is no way to ‘remove’ it.

Lol you really dont know anything about stuff.

Bleach does not stain…. it "whitens"… there is no way to remove the "bleach stain", simply because there is no stain. Bleach removed the colour of ur pants. What you can do is:

    1. take your pants to be re-stained
    2. Throw more bleach around it so that it becomes fashion.

the only way to get the color back is to redye it. there’s no undoing a bleach "stain", since it chemically removes the color from fabric.

RIT will not work if they are poly, and even if they’re cotton, all you’ll get is a pair of pants with a different color spot
