How to get rid of a few nail polish remover stains on keyboard?

i accidentally spilled a few small drops of nail polish remover stains on my keyboard today and i’m quite positive that none of it got into the actual system itself. however, there are small stains on a few of the keys and i was just wondering if it’s possible to get rid of them? the nail polish remover has acetate in it, if that helps. thanks! ^_^

I’m wondering if you mean acetone, lol.

I thought I was the only one with this problem ^ ^; I spilled some on my laptop and it burned the paint off some of the keys and the sides. I’m afraid you can’t get rid of the stains because they actually burned the paint off D;. Believe me, I tried everything. And the only 3 things you can do are:

    - Remove the rest of the paint
    - Re-paint the spots
    - Get a new keyboard.

    Sorry! :(

It’s paint thinner, so the best you can do is try to paint the keyboard stains the same color as the rest of it.
