Can anyone tell me how I can get salt stains off of suede? (The stains have been there for about a year if that makes any difference).
If anyone knows a way to clean them(if possible) it would be a great help!
These are pretty bad stains im talking about btw!
They’re scaly!

White vinegar. Dampen a sponge with vinegar and dab at the salt. The vinegar neutralizes the salt, but don’t saturate the suede. Then take a soft brush and restore the nap.

Use a soft brush to brush away what you can. Put the boots into an airtight bag along with very moist sliced loaf of bread, and seal tightly. The moisture of the bread will transfer to the boots in a overall way , giving you a nice place to start from.
