it looks like some kind of resin that has stained the vinyl. So far, we’ve tried soap, bleach,methylated spirits, oomph (an orange based cleaning solution), and turpentine. None have budged it at all. We don’t really know what else to use, except if we used thinners, would it be too strong for the vinyl?
