How to remove dried in stain from meat juice / stew water?

About a week and a half ago, I was stirring a stew and the water splashed up all over my new shirt. The water obviously had meat juice and stuff in it so I took it off and immediately washed it. After it was done in the washing machine, I dried it as usual. I’ve had it in my laundry basket since and only just looked at it and you can still see where the water splashed on it. It’s obviously totally dried on now though, so how am I going to get it out?

My wife puts automatic dish washing detergent in the laundry for our kids clothes. We use cascade powder, it cleans food stains very well. It even cleaned 10 year old formula stains on hand me downs. Just need to make sure you use the extra rinse.
