Brand new travel purse from Eagle Creek. Set on floor of rental car and it rubbed against the seat frame that makes the seat go back and forth. Got that black grease on the front of the new purse. Eagle Creek has not responded on what to do. Afraid to touch it because I don’t want to fade the blue color. Should I take to dry cleaners and not touch at home ?
