How to remove grease stain off of T-shirt?

I was eating fried chicken and a piece fell on my white T-shirt. I thought I could wash it off. But the stained area got hard and changed color after it came out of dryer.

Can I save my T-shirt? I have previously tried soaking in bleach on another shirt, but no help.
It was already washed and dried in a dryer. The stained area is hard. The grease was no longer fresh. As I said, I’ve tried with bleach with my other shirt, that didn’t help.

try harshest chemical to burn the shirt. if all failed just toss it.

If the shirt is all white just use bleach, should get anything out. But only wash that or other things you want to use bleach on when you do.

Use dawn dish soap. . .think about it. That is what they enviro people clean birds and other animals up with after an oil spill in the ocean :) It works for me everytime. Since you washed and put it in the dryer, you will probably have to do this process a couple of times. Go buy some Mean Green, and use it the last application if it is really stubborn after setting in. Good luck!!!

Edit: You can use a generic dish soap also if it works really well for your dishes, and the next time you get a grease splatter, just rub the soap into it asap and let it set overnight before washing, then rubbing some in right before the wash :)

Natural Degreaser:- (theory, Like dissolves Like)

    * Rub Orange Oil or Eucalyptus Oil onto the stained area let stand for 15 minutes (it will freshen the set in oil stain), then launder with a general laundry detergent in warm water followed by two warm rinses.

    Good Luck!

Take any body type talcum powder and sprinkle very heavily on the stains. With a small towel really rub into the fabric. Sometimes the stain is gone immediately. If not, let it sit overnight, then launder as usual. The oil stain will be gone, I don’t know about the color change though, that’s kinda weird.

well i dont know about oil for sure but for wax you put a brown paper bag over the stain and then iron it and the wax soaks into the bag leaving the stain on the bag instead of your clothes.i know your saying well thats wax, but, if you think about it when you iron the wax it melts to a liquid and that is a bit like oil.worth a try
