As i don’t know how long ago this happened i am just guessing that it was done recently, then you can put down some salt to cover the grease, as that "Drawers the grease into it, then get a bucket of really hot/boiling water with some detergent in it and a long handled scrubbing brush and give it a scrub with that soaping it well up, and then give it a good wash with the pressure washer, hopefully that will do it for you. But if it has been there for a while it may take a lot more hard scrubbing as i have suggested.

Try Simple Green or WD 40, spray either on and let set for a couple of minutes then scour with a short bristle wire brush (stainless or brass) then hose off, let dry, and repeat if necessary

Try a can of Degreaser first then the pressure hose :)

try tide powder, i use that on my carport for oil, always worked great for me! and add in a little dawn dish liquid, and dont forget the water , good luck!

Try mixing ALL laundry soap with a little water to make a paste and put this onto the stain overnight. Next day rinse off with hose, and repeat or scrub a little if necessary. Don’t use a strong pressure wash, this could remove the top layer of your stone.
