How to remove hot chocolate stain?

Someone spilled hot choclate on my daughter's jacket at school today. The jacket is 95% cotton, 5% spandex, and is a cream color, but has tan and brown embroidery, so it can't be bleached. The chocolate stains are in several different places on the jacket.

I pretreated with laundry detergent and washed it, but stains were still quite noticeable. For the past 4 hours it has soaked in water with a full capful of laundry detergent and oxy clean. Stains are somewhat lighter but still noticeable. Any ideas what I can try next?

I actually spilled hot chocolate on my sweatjacket just this week. I used softsoap for hands on it and scrubbed it really hard…let the soap stay on there for an hour and it took the hot chocolate right off…so you might try that.

Hmm try and use that spray and wash or the shout? Good luck

RUB OXY CLEAN DIRECTLY INTO THE SPOTS AND LEAVE IT TO PENETRATE OVERNIGHT, YOU MIGHT HAVE TO DO THIS A COUPLE OF TIMES IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SAVE THE JACKET.

Sponge with dry-cleaning solvent or treat with prewash spot remover.Rinse with water.Apply detergent to stain.Launder, using hot water and chlorine bleach,if safe for fabric. If stain remains, soak 30 minutes in enzyme presoak.Rinse and launder.
