how to remove mold stains from a rubber wristband?

so im trying to get the mold(mildew i think) stains out of what i think is silicon rubber wristband. I left it in my swim bag for a week with wet swim gear, and now there are mold stains on it. I got some of them off but cant seem to get the rest off. I’m iffy on using bleach since there is writing on it in black and i don’t want that to come off. Any tips/is bleach safe? I’m soaking it in some simple green(cleanign junk) right now to see if that helps.

Rubber is a HARD material to get Stains out Of… If Your Simple-Green stuff doesn’t work; try a 50-50 mixture of Clorox (bleach) & Water. If THAT doesn’t Work, – You’re "sunk". :(

Let it soak in a solution of 2oz. vinegar and 4oz. water. Soak for one hour and then take a toothbrush with a bit of toothpaste on it and scrub. The mold should come off if not it is set in the rubber and will not comeout. But this trick should do it.

I use Oxy-clean on all organic stains and its safe for use on colors.
