How to remove this blood stain from my pants?

Eh, well, today I had a "little" period accident, and the blood leaked all over my pants. Thing is, I love those pants, and they are my favorite. How could I wash out the blood stain from my pants? I tried rubbing the stain with water and soap, but it didn’t work. What should I do?

Hydrogen peroxide, as another suggested, will take out much of the blood stain, but in my own experience, it leaves a Shadow.

"Oxyclean" or "Oxy" products have the same chemical action, and do a better job of removing the shadow. DO work it in with a nail or laundry brush.

soak it in spray and wash for 5 minutes then wash them..

Get a bar of gold dial soap, rub it on the stain, rinse and repeat. It really works even if the stain is set in.
