How would You get a black marker Stain of a old navy red jacket?

My friend left a mark on my Jacket and I don’t know how to get it off can you please help?

    well bleach would probably wash out the stain along with the red so maybe use some kind of permanent paint to match the red color and paint over it.

    Use rubbing alcohol.
    Do NOT use too much or press too hard.
    Doing that will result in the color of the jacket disappearing or melting the fabric.
