If it’s hard to identify exactly where the smell is then use a black light to detect the spots. The urine stain will glow under black light. There’s a product called Urine Gone I’ll include the link. They sell it at some pet stores but if you get it thru the online site they even send you the black light. This product really DOES WORK. It’s the only thing I’ve found that did.

My sister bought a house and the past owners allowed their big dogs to defecate and urinate everywhere, nasty. Well she bought countless different products and nothing removed the old stains. Until I brought over my Urine Gone. I used the black light to find all the nasty spots and did need to apply it twice, after it dried the first time then reapplied. It finally took up all the stains and smell for good. I swear by this product and NOTHING ELSE!

BTW it’s $20 for the spray bottle one but my local pet store has it in a gallon bottle. The gallon doesn’t come w/ the small black light though. If you own one already then go w/ the gallon and save cash that way.

If have to wait for the stuff you tried to dry and then reapply it. Any product needs to dry and then reapply. Sadly yours wont work. Return it to the store and demand your money back, raise holy hell if you have to.

Good luck try this product when you find yours fails.

Cat urine is difficult to get out. The best stuff I have found is called Natures Miracle Just for Cats. You can find it at a pet store. If you want more information on resolving cat urine issues I recommend the web site http://www.litterboxguru.com
