I have a heavy body acrylic ink stain in my carpet. Does anybody know removal ideas?

These stains are from ink used for screenprinting. I made this whole thing worse by rubbing it in, and trying to trim the carpet so it wouldn’t show. I would love to have ALL of my deposit back when I move out in a week.

Try hair spray. I know this may sound weird, but hair spray does remove SOME ink stains. Try it in a small part to see if it will work.

    Good Luck.

If you can find a carpet to match the existing one, you could buy just 1 square yard and carefully cut a square out of the carpet and glue the new piece in making sure you got the glue under the old carpet and "raking" the seam with your fingers to hide the seam.
