A friend was spraying my hair with red hair color, and some dripped on my shirt, and I tried to get it off, but it set in. I already soaked it in bleach, and the color faded some, but not all the way. Can someone tell me how to get it out please? (the whole shirt is white).
Ok I just washed it in hot water with bleach and detergent..but the stain’s still in there….anymore ideas?

go buy some white dye… you can find it at any Wal-Mart, Target or local drug store (Walgreens, Rite-Aid)

Follow the directions, and see what happens.

Use Oxi-Clean. It might work. It always looks like it can get out ANY stain on the commercials!

    Use shout! It works wonders.
Remember, if you get a stain and you’re on-the-go, the Tide Pen Stain Remover is absolutely wonderful! I own many of them! Removes the stain!

I would try washing it in hot water with detergent and bleach. The hot water combined with the bleach and detergent may draw it out the rest of the way. Bleach always seems to work better with hot water. If that doesn’t work, another thing to try is club soda. It works for fruit and wine stains and if the dye was naturally based it might work. Try this before drying the shirt. Drying the shirt sets the stain even further and makes it harder to get out.

okay, if it happened resently put blue dawn on it first, and let it sit, and than blech it and put it in the wash and it will be as good as new, but if it happened a while ago i don’t know what to tell you : )
