Oxy clean, the kind used for your laundry. mix a solution and it should come up. After it's clean, make sure you clean AGAIN with soap and water. It is similar to bleach, so you want to dilute properly.

Try 50/50 vinegar/water solution with a scrubby pad. That should be under normal wear and tear of the property, spills happen (especially in the kitchen) and most landlords won't worry about it.

i would try something with peroxide, I think that is what is in the oxy cleaners. Get some of the oxy spray and saturate it, then allow it to set for a few minutes. Good luck!

Soak a rag with chlorine bleach and lay it on the stain. This should remove almost any stain.

the best cleaner i've found for stain removal like that even rust is called Bar Keeper's Friend. You can find it at Kroger, Wal-Mart,&FamilyDollar. That's it, only these places that I have found it. It is cheap and it is great, Promise. Make a paste with it, and let it sit on the stain a few minutes- and start rubbin'. next thing it's history. I have A white sink in my kitchen so trust me, find it and use, you will fall in love. good luck to you.

I spilled hot sauce on my white linoleum and did not clean it up for about 2 weeks. It left the awfullest stain there ever was. After about a year i tried oxy clean.I put the oxy clean straight from the container full strength and left it for a couple of days. When i cleaned it in a normal fashion it came perfectly clean.I am not a firm believer in oxy clean other than this situation.I bought it from wal mart and it worked excellent.I did delute the cleaner with water and scrub it around a little bit when i applied it

Believe it or not, but one of the most effective ways to clean linoleum is to spread it with used engine oil. The detergent in it will move almost anything and you will be surprised at the results. Leave it on overnight, but use it sparingly; you don't want the building smelling like a garage. Good Luck!
