Make sure you use nail polish remover that contains Acetone. The Acetone-free nail polish remover doesn’t work.

Another option: Scrub the paint splatter off using Brillo or S.O.S. pads. Add a little dish washing liquid to the pad for lubrication. As long as you add the soap, the pads won’t scratch the tile.

Use terps (terpentine) thats what you use to get paint off, not nail varnish remove, its paint not nail varnish

    "spay paint"

Spray paint and nail polish are not manufactured the same. They are comprised of different compounds and ingredients. Therefore, nail polish will not work on aerosol paint. You need to purchase paint thinner manufactured for spray paint or other paint remover to fix your problem. Your local Home Depot or Lowes will have the product you need.

You need to purchase paint thinner manufactured for spray paint or other paint remover. You could find it at Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot or at any paint store. Department stores would be cheaper.
