Is it possible to get a blood stain on your underware all the time?

This girl told me that she needs money for christmas to buy new underware because she really dont have much money this year, and she has not been work. She told me that she has been ruining her underware by blood stains, and I am thinking How in the hell! dont she know what a TAMPON is? I dont know what should i do?

    Even though we use tampons they still can leak. I usually have to buy more underwear every couple of months. I never keep any once they get a spot on them, it’s so annoying. I’ve never been regular and it always seems like the day I wear my favorite pair of new underwear I get my period that day. It’s so annoying, so I totally get what she means. I’m sure she wears tampons so her underwear probably aren’t all bloody, just spots.

    Even with some blood on her underwear, she can just wash it out. I’d buy her tampons as the other answerer said.
