Please help!! I really need to get this stain out before guests come for the hollidays!
Do you think a steam vac will work??
I realize this sounds bad, but I assure you, the blood is mine. Its from a lady issue, and I really just need it out of my mattress.

Try scrubbing it with hydrogen peroxide and cold water.

try hot hot water and soap and scrub it. that should atleast make it less noticeable if it doesn’t get the stain out.

Try a Mr. Clean sponge, but you will really need to scrub, scrub, scrub. Also after it drys and you see what is left, try a bleach pen, wet the area first with warm water. Good luck.

Powdered starch like corn starch does a fairly good job. Mix it up into a paste and smear it on the stain. It should remove the most of the stain.

Then or if it is just a small one, put hydrogen peroxide on a cloth and blot. the peroxide will disolve all the blood residue.

I use peroxide when quilting or embroidering on the tiny prick points I get on the fabrics. It won’t hurt the fabrics at all unless you over do!
