I've got a stubborn grape juice stain that won't come out! And a new coffee stain….beige carpet , of course! And chocolate chips mashed in too…….2 1/2 yr old with her friends!

    The Bissle Spot Bot is great, however you need to pre treat with Sol-U-Mel. Sol-U-Mel is eco-friendly, biodegradable and won't stain.

    Then use warm water in the Spot Bot.

    That should lift the stain right up.

    If you use Resolve, Woolite or any of those carpet cleaners, they will have an adverse chemical reaction when you have your carpets professionally cleaned.
