    peroxide. It works like this, pour it on stain, then let water run over the stain. Do NOT rub. Repeat this until stain is gone.

    I agree, hydrogen peroxide. Pour some on, let it bubble away, rinse, repeat if necessary.

    soak in cold water. then rinse. Take bar soap and scrub the stain area. rinse, then wash normal.
    this is what i do and works for me. if it is white, i may soak in cold water, then i may take a capful of bleach to the wet garmet and pour it over the area. I take my finger and rub in the area and then pour cold water over it and this really works well for me.

    Your own saliva (spit) will break down your blood because the enzymes and proteins are the same. Any spit will dissolve blood, but your own works best with your blood. So if your stick your finger with a needle and get blood on your shirt, a little spit will take care of it. Otherwise, hydrogen peroxyde. Don’t wet it with water before you use the HP, or it won’t work very well.
