I have successfully removed cat urine smell from our concrete floors by sprinkling borax over the area, then spraying a fine mist of water over the borax, then allowing it to set there for 2 or 3 days. The borax will draw the odor right out of the concrete.

Borax can be found in the laundry soap isle sold as diaper laundry soap.

Have you tried an old fashioned bar of household soap (not face soap) you can get them for about £1 from supermarkets and hardware stores and a scrubbing brush and hot water.
Then mop the area with Zoflora which is very concentrated and about £1 leave a lovely clean floral smell.

Just remembered in the uk they use jeyes fluid to clean and disenfect horses stables and they have concrete floors

I have used a product calle OdoBan in the past with good results. If you are trying to remove the smell from a Kennel area that has been used for a long time, you might try the product full strength and let it soak into the concrete as well. A valuable lesson to anyone with an animal on a concrete floor, sealing the floor would be less expensive and less aggravation in the long run.

    Remove, no.

Concrete is porous, and the urine is into the material.

The only way to eliminate the odor is to seal the floor.

Check at a REAL paint store for the recommended products.
