Don´t wash them in hot water other wise you´ll never get the blood out SALT always take´s blood stains out . Might take a bit of time but it will come out

I have had good luck with a stain remover called Zout. It is the only thing that would get baby poo stains out of diapers for my son. Until you get the stain out, wash they only in cold water and don’t put them in the dryer. The heat will set the stain.

Also, try a paste of OxyClean. If all else fails, dye them red.

You must immediately run it under hot water. This will remove the majority of the blood. Then use a little bit of soap, rub it on the spot, rub the silk until the soap lathers, and then rinse. Then, while the area is still wet (don’t let it dry), take hairspray and spray until the area is damp with hairspray, and then blot the area, with a tissue or other cloth (putting the cloth both on the botton and top of the silk material). You should blot for at least 5 minutes. This should remove any excess blood.
    Good luck!

Without water, just use a Tide pen or bleach pen for white, rub with old toothbrush, let stand few mins. Then wash. You could also use any liquid laundry detergent& do the same.

Oxyclean works!! Fill the sink w. hot water add 1 scoop and put in your garment. Within 1/2 hour the stain will be gone. It’s safe and it will not harm the silk.

Try vinegar diluted with water. That might do the trick.
