Is there anyway to clean a pet urine stain so that it isn’t detectable by a black light?

It hasn't penetrated the pad or the backing of the carpet. I ask because our landlord has threatened that he will keep our whole pet security deposit (to recarpet the entire apartment) if there is even one stain detectable under a black light.

Vinegar removes urine. The enzymes in the vinegar actually eat the urine. It removes the smell entirely and I'm pretty sure if it has eaten the urine then there should be nothing left to see. You could always say you baby sat and the toddler had an accident.
But you should also be aware that landlords are liars. They say they are taking a deposit for damages and pets when what they should really say is… " Look , I want to take more of your money so you pay a deposit and then no matter what the place looks/smells like when you leave I' m just gonna go ahead and keep your money."

Not really sure don't let the pet pee in the house would you want to live where someone elses pet had peed. I am a pet lover by the way and I know they have accidents so you need to find a new landlord or a place without carpets

I learned this from the ChemDry people that cleaned my brand new carpet when I hired a horrible house sitter: As long as you catch the stain in time, dab as much urine as you can up with a paper towel. Then pour warm/hot water over the area and do the Mexican Hat Dance over the spot. Then dab or suck up as much of the area as you can and repeat until the urine stain is diluted to mostly water. They say that detergents dry sticky which will also show up under a black light. Your best bet is to clean it as soon as you see it or have a professional clean it if it is old. I feel your pain, good luck.

None of the gimics are gonna work. urinegone is a waste of $$$$.
Urine will stay visible under a blacklight for 7 years. Call Chemdry they are the only ones who can remove it.

This site sells the product you are looking for, and even includes a black light to test the results.
