Is there anyway to get red wine and paper dye off of soft toys?

My pesky cousin spelt wine on my toys and I’d made them all Christmas hats out of red tissue paper, and the paper has leaked as well as the wine staining.

    try this stuff called "awesome" it works on everything i’ve had to get a stain out of!..You can find it at just about any dollar store, and maybe other places, but thats just where i got mine!..good luck
