I scraped off the paint that was hanging down, the rest of the paint that is on the ceiling can be scraped off, but is there a better way to remove it with out scratching up the wood. The paint did not soak into the wood, so the ceiling looks great, just need to remove the rest of that old paint in order for me to stain it.
