Kool-aid, especially flavors with red dye, can really stain counter tops. I usually use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. But if you would like to use a home remedy first, give this a try.

    What You Need:
Baking Soda (baking soda is mildly abrasive, but not as harsh as abrasive cleansers)
    Damp Rag

    Here’s How to use it:
Sprinkle baking soda on a damp wash rag.
Rub the stained area with the rag in a circular motion.
    Repeat if necessary.
If stain is very stubborn, sprinkle baking soda directly on the stain, rub with damp rag.

I hope this method works for you.

You can either use Soft Scrub or Barkeeper’s Friend. Both are very good for removing stains from counters, especially
    white counters.

My mom used to use Fantastik. Spray on and let sit for several minutes. You could also try Oxiclean.

It’s hard to say without knowing what the composition of the counter top is. If it’s wood then sorry about that. Once the kool-aid penetrates wood it’s pretty much there forever. Sanding might take it out but you might have to go pretty deep. If it’s some kind of stone top then it’s pretty much the same thing. When the stain penetrates the pores there isn’t much that will take it out.

Scrub with a damp cloth and a tiny bit of Comet cleanser with bleach…it will come right off.

I use clorox bathroom cleaner spray. Just let it sit a minute and use a sponge and scrub it off. Always works for me.

rubbing alcohol- then hydrogen peroxide if that doesn’t do the trick. Then try toothpaste.

I use a product called Grease Lightning. Works great for kool-aid stains even on wood!

since lemon flavored kool aid cleans stain out of the dishwasher, try it on the counter to see if it will work.

I freaked out when this happened to me. But, the fix was easy. I just sprayed on a generous amount of Lysol All-Purpose Cleaner with Bleach, then let it sit for about 20 seconds before wiping away. Another kitchen cleaner (a de-greaser) I tried first did nothing to remove the stain, but the Lysol cleaner worked with 2 treatments.

use some comet. then wet a rag not wring out all the water.
then wash it with the comet. this happened to mine before it will come out…..

Comet with bleach if that doesn’t work try a magic sponge by Mr Clean (I think) they get up everything

I use Bar Keepers Friend. It gets it out every time.
