Nail polish accident! help ASAP!!!!?

best stain removercleaning suppliesjanitorial suppliesremoving stains

I was painting my nails with this old red polish. I messed up & tried to take it off with regular nail polish remover. When rubbing it off red smeared all over my fingers and lightly stained my nails. I have tried everything I can think of to get this awful stain off my fingers, but nothing is working.
Please help!!
I cannot go 2 school like this

Soak your hands in warm soapy water for about 10 minutes or so, and rub you fingers until it comes off.

I do this all the time and it really works :^)

VERY VERY lightly rub off the stains with nail polish remover.
This is really.. all I can thinkl of.
good luck with your nails. :(

  4. fashionista says:

Use a buffer to lightly "file" the top layer of the nail where the stain is. Not a nail file, a buffer is much smoother and can be found in most CVS/ Walgreens- type places. Be careful to not take the layers of the nail down too far, or else your nails will get weak, but carefully buffing the top should get rid of the red.
