Windex, spray & wash, peroxide, vinegar, used together or separately. I would start with vinegar and or peroxide and then windex and spray & wash. It will not come right off you will need to scrub it use an old toothbrush. I spilled red glitter nail polish on light tan carpet and used all of these in the order given. Can’t even tell where it was exactly.

Nail Polish Remover! I used it to get the nail polish out of my carpet once. It worked great. Just soak the area, and leave for a couple hours or overnight. You can also soak a cotton ball or paper towel in nail polish remover and set it on the stain. If it doesn’t work, rinse & repeat.
