stain remover and then wash it in super hot water rinse 2x. You might need to do this twice depending on how bad it is.

AS it's vegetable oil, just add vinegar for a wonderful salad dressing! Sorry, just kidding. Pre treat before washing with a good dishwashing liquid. (I use DAWN and it does a great job.) Rub it into the stain, then wash noramlly. Should come right out.

You need to pretreat the stain. Any of the stain removers such as Shout should work. Make sure that you scrub the stain well after you spray it and before it goes in the wash. Before you put the shirt in the dryer check to see if you can see any signs of the stain. Make sure the stain is gone before drying the shirt in the dryer.

Pretty much what everyone has said can get out oil stains, but I like to pour ammonia directly on the stain before I wash and it will come right out. You can also try this product called Mean Green–found in Dollar General or Family Dollar and it will definitely get the grease out!!!

Apply some Dawn dish liquid directly to the stain…

corn starch or baby powder. It works gently just absorbing the grease. for large stains it may not work but i know for smaller stains it does.
