Pet Stain?

Ok, so I've tried, Natures Miracle, Oxy Clean, Vinegar, Arm & Hammer & water & so on. How can I get a pet stain (dog urine) out of my carpet? Not only the yellow stain, but also the smell. Do you have a product or home remedy that you can share. Please share your absolute favorite.
Getting rid of the dog is not an option. He has an accident…please only serious answers.

    I have two large dogs, so I know what you're talking about!! I use Spot Shot….it comes in a blue spray bottle and is around $6 to $7. It works wonders and smells great!! It even got out some of the older stains that I had a tough time with.

    Menards sells a product called TEC. I use it for tough stain removal on carpeting and it works most of the time.

    have you tried with lemon juice, squeeze fresh lemon juice on to the stain allow to dry in . then wash with soap , you could try with the good old fashioned soap, rinse well with warm water then sponge with cold , making sure you take all the suds out . then take a towel and lay on top of wet patch put a heavy object on top of the towel . This will help dry up any water from the underside of your carpet , if you can leave over night leave to dry with natural air .I would say to add a small about of ammonia diluted as well as the lemon juice , As this will prevent your dog from going back there. Once your carpet is fully dry scatter some baking soda onto the carpet then hoover up after a few min´s. Hope this helps ,

    Have you tried SUN OXYGEN CLEANER from Dollor General Store?Mix some up with water in a spray bottle & spray it on the stain.

    Resolve makes a product specially formulated for pet stains. I've never used it on dog urine bu I have I used it on cat feces and hairballs. Works great for me.
