i woke up today and there was a red/pink stain on my sheets near my face. its obviously not menstrual blood, but what could it be? i dont recall bleeding from my nose, mouth, ears etc. i didnt dye my hair or anything, what could cause this stain? it wasnt there when i went to bed. its about the size of a quarter and is light red/pinkish in color.

i’ve already put my sheet and stuff in the wash with hot water and bleach to take the stain out and disenfect and what not. i’ve sprayed my bed down with lysol incase it was something gross and germy.
i dont have pets that sleep with me at night, and im not old enough to drink.
