Should i match my end and coffee table stain color to the color of a mission chair?

I have a mission chair with a dark stain. Does the coffee and end table stain have to match to look ok? I have not found any to match but could have them stained to match for additional cost. Would medium color look alright? I have honey oak hardwood floors if that matters. Thanks !

    It’s really personal preference. Some folks find that everything matching is just too much or too boring. It also depends on the room. A more formal room might have everything the same, where a more casual living space can have anything that suits you. The room I’m currently sitting in has at least 3 colors of stain in it and includes antiques, one contemporary piece, and several primitives. It works for me.

    Trust your judgment! You know what you like and what suits your budget. The decorating police aren’t coming!!!
