Stain remover for laundry?

I have some stain remover where you squeeze the gel on and then rub it in with a little brush before you put your laundry in the washer, but I have about a load of stuff that has stains and some have a couple little ones, so I don’t really feel like rubbing the gel into every stain on everything. Does anyone know of a stain remover I can buy to just put into the washer with the laundry soap?

    They make spray on stain removers such as Shout or you can try OxyClean. However, if you have a stain it would be better to pretreat it first before laundering and then use Oxy too. The stain has more likeliness of coming out with the combination of treatments.

    If you don’t pretreat it you will risk setting in the stain.

    I like Shout, been using it for years as a pre-treatment on clothing with ground in dirt — I’m a gardener, and i get dirty …I also used it when my kids were little and got grass stains on their clothes .. i have found that the new TIDE tablets that have enzymes in them, work well … You add one to your laundry with the detergent … i have been using both and everything comes out … if its really really dirty, i also put in some CALGON water softener, since my water is hard here (i have found it at Wal-Mart and some grocery stores in my area)… when i use Calgon, i usually decrease the detergent a bit…

    I use a liquid called Triple Action OxiClean. I put a capful in the load along with detergent, and I pour some on the stains and set those clothes aside while the washer is filling. Then I run the load as usual, no fabric softener. Then I hang anything I thought was stained, and let it air dry. If the stain came out, I wash it again and put it in the dryer. If the stain didn’t come out, I pour more of the Triple action Oxiclean stuff on the stain, and let it sit overnight before laundering. If I think it’s a bad stain, I will put some on right away.

    I got red wine out of a cotton top that sat overnight before I saw it.
