I have alot of blood stains on my pants .. & i don’t know how to get the stain out so that I can wear it.
& On my blankets …. Does anybody know how to get them out ?

I was painting my nails with this old red polish. I messed up & tried to take it off with regular nail polish remover. When rubbing it off red smeared all over my fingers and lightly stained my nails. I have tried everything I can think of to get this awful stain off my fingers, but nothing is working.
Please help!!
I cannot go 2 school like this

lately it seems when I’ve been going to salon to get manicures they peel within a few days…yet if I do @ home and skip the base coat they last longer.. (although they DO look better first day or so @ salon) What could be causing this? I know base coat protects nails from being stained by polish..but any other reason to use? As said within a few days the polish peels off to natural nail..almost in like one clean piece???
not sure which base or top coat they use (yes they do apply a top) but the polish itself is OPI.
As far as getting tips…uh yeah sorry not my style..I actually have very nice natural nail (been completed on them many times..by manicurist and even strangers) I prefer to keep my nails rather short..I feel it’s more chic & trendy.

i have a variety of stains on my clothes and i am wondering which will get them out better

I have regular laundry detergent I use regular washing but sometimes, I still have stains left "even if I use hot water" is name brand detergent that use for stains only"

For example I use Gain with Baking Soda
laundry detergent that color safe
I use to pre-treat with spray & wash and shout and even try oxyclean none of these ever work well.

My baby loves sweet potatoes and they are so good for her, unfortunately, they stain everything they get on, including her clothes, bibs, my clothes, towels that have been used to wipe her face (even the rubber coating on her spoons!!!). My normal laundry stain remover that works for EVERYTHING else (a product called ‘Kids & Pets’) doesnt even touch these stains. Ugh, frustrating, everything is getting orange splotches on it!!! Has anyone had any luck getting sweet potato baby food stains out? I would love some help!! Thanks

I’ve tried oxy-clean, clorox bleach, & Mrs Stewarts liquid blue. My regular detergent is Tide HE (I have a front load washer. I use peroxide and/or zout for small, spot stains, but what is the best thing to use in a full load of white laundry to get it the whitest possible?

Serious answers only, and prefer tried & proven products.

i’m really looking for some nail polishs that don’t chip and don’t stain my nails, also i heard CHI had good nail polish but where do i buy them? && what are some good summer colors?

I separate the colors & whites before washing the clothes, I don’t use bleach or softener. Yet my laundry always runs. A lot of clothes come out with stains when they went in the wash without them. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?

I buy some of my son’s clothing at children’s resale shops. I bring them, wash, dry & iron the clothing just to give me the peace of mind that its clean & stain free. But you just never know with what the clothing fibers have. My question is: what kind of laundry detergent is best to wash clothing like this? What steps would you take to guarantee cleaniness of this clothing?

Thank you for your answers.

I have recently had to adjust my budget so i changed laundry detergents. I started out w/ Gain but it just didn;t seem to be doing the trick..so i switched to Purex, that didn;t work either. so i have been using Sun & adding Biz stain fighter to it. But that seems to not be cleaning as well. I have researched alot & everyone says Tide but i just can’t afford that. Please help before this drives me crazy……..

its a polyester tan dress && its under skirt has blood on it && the satin outside does too.
i took it to the cleaners && they didnt help =(

My 2 year old daughter was born with a "port wine stain" that just about covers her right leg and goes up her right side of her pubic area as well as her right butt cheek. This was thought of as no biggie.. it actually seems to be fading as she has "filled out"…

This was no concern untill about 3 weeks ago when I noticed after her bath, that one leg seemed a little wider than the other. I broke out the measuring tape and began measuring. I noticed that EVERYTHING about her right leg was bigger than her left. Even the lenghth was off. I took her to a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Dr, who confirmed with x-rays that her right femur is 1 cm longer and her right tibia is .5 cm longer, making her right leg 1.5 cm longer than her left leg. Up to 2cm is considered to be normal, but for her to be off already, makes us believe that this will just progressively get worse. We are going to Cedars-Sinai Genetics Clinic as soon as they can get us in..( i filled out a questionaire and faxed it in today)

I know this is a very RARE condition as the stats say it affects like 1 in 20-40,000 children… but I was wondering if there is anyone who has a child with this, or if anybody reading this has this syndrome?

While unsuccessfully training my new puppy, he has done his "business" on some of my favorite clothes. I have found this out now that I am ready to do laundry, but it has already dried. Is there a miracle stain remover out there?!

T-Shirt that is Creme Colored (not white) from Abercrombie & Fitch.

Okay I know this sounds gross but I have a puppy and she ate a red dog buscuit and she pooped on my carpet, shes not 100% housetrained yet, anyways it came out red and now I have red stains on my carpet. I used the carpet cleaner with pet carpet cleaning liquid & spot shot, and nothing. Does anyone else know of anything I can use?

which chemicals give stain resistant properties to a paint? The desired paint should not permanantly combine with stains. It should be easily washable, with out peeling the paint film off & this paint should have good stain resistant properties against shoe polish, lipstick, tea stains & crayons.what are the binders that can be used for water based paints, best suits for this purpose?
