I’ve been on my period for about six monthes now and accidentally left a blood stain in my sheets. This is embaressing to talk to my mother about, but anyway. How can I get a blood stain out of my sheets?

I Googled it, but I’m getting conflicting answers. Thanks! The blood stain is mine. I cut my hand while slicing veggies for a salad and somehow got a drop of blood on my new khakis. Also, I have a Spray & Wash stick which I rubbed on it right away.
