HELP: Is this mold or stain?

My housemates bought a kitchen table & chairs from kijiji – the kitchen chairs look really dirty but I don’t know if it’s just stain or mold. If it is mold- what do I need to do? Should we try to clean it or replace it… http://s1195.photobucket.com/albums/aa397/chuh615/

My son poured sanitizer on our wood kitchen table and now it left a white stain anybody have a clue how to remove it? It was hand santizer. Thank you for all your help I give it a try.

Missed the part about staining wood surfaces. I stained my whole kitchen table, the whole bottle over the whole thing.
