The stain on my carpet is from floor stain underneath wood floors?

My dog had an accident and I cleaned my carpet. I noticed brown stains from the fisish had come up throughthe hard wood floors and I am harving a hard time getting them out Help
I picked up the rug and the stain is gone from the hard wood

    I believe that the stains that you are seen are from the carpet underlay perhaps it was a dark colour and now the urine strength is making it bleed into the carpet, the only way to solve this would be to buy an enzyme cleaner from the pet shop , and to spray the carpet with white vinegar as well , shampoo the spot by using a soft scrub brush and steam clean keep the windows open to air our and to allow the carpet to dry ,also use baking soda on the carpet to absorb odours and vacuum thorough
