using vinegar/baking soda on urine stained mattress?

best stain removercleaning suppliesjanitorial suppliesremoving stains

urine has completely dried.

i used white vinegar on the dried stain and removed the stain and most of the odor. some odor still remains so i am going to do another application.

after the next vinegar application, WHEN do i use the baking soda? Do i use the baking soda while the vinegar is still wet/damp on the mattress…or when the vinegar has completely dried?

do i just sprinkle the baking soda powder on or do i make a paste?

I use bleach with water mix. Gets the smell out, & didn’t change the color of the mattress.

I would have used the baking soda first to help absorb any liquid or smells.

I truthfully wouldnt use any of it. The best thing for urine stains is "OUT".You can find it in the pet/dog aisle at Wal-mart. It has an active bacteria in it that breaks down all the residue of any urine, blood, wine, etc stains. It works great for pets because it completely gets the stain out. Not even dogs can smell where the urine once was!! I swear by this stuff because I have tried it on everything, and it keeps working!
