I accidentally got eyeliner on my favorite shirt, but when I washed it I forgot to put stain remover on it before. I realized this after taking it out of the washer and rewashed it with Spray and Wash on the stain. But the stain is still there.

Is there any stain remover I can use on this colored shirt that will work very well but not damage the shade of my clothing?

I’ve heard of the "ammonia + water + laundry detergent" remedy,
but I was wondering how safe that is to use on colored clothing.
