The shirt is 100% cotton and I would like to know which solvent should I use to erase the stain without damaging the shirt.
The ink is from a pen and I guess it is organic.

Spray with hairspray (the stain) blot with tissue, redo till stain is gone.

Try dousing it with Final Net hairspray – the kind in a pump bottle.

Hair spray removes ink. Use the pump spray kind, though, not the aerosol. When you have all the ink out, throw the shirt in the washer to remove the hair spray. :-)

I have successfully removed many ink stains (from pens) from clothing using hairspray. I just spray the inkstain with hairspray and launder as usual. I haven't found it to damage the garment at all.

inmerge the stain in boiling milk as many times as necesary… change milk because it becomes dark.

Hairspray is the usual solution. if you have no luck with that, then try 2parts water and 1 part Alcohol. after that wash with bleach, if the fabric says so.
